What we can help you with

• A figure that no longer matches what Candy displays: an episode count, a token price, a series that disappeared or a fresh release we still need to add.
• A review or score you believe is off. Tell us the series and the specific episode that changed your mind.
• Anything about an image on our pages, including rights and takedown requests. Include the page URL, the image in question and who you are writing for.

What we cannot handle

This is an independent review site with no link to Candy’s support team. We have no access to Candy accounts or payments, so we cannot reset a password, cancel a plan, process a refund or bring back unlocked episodes. For any of that, head to the help area inside the Candy app, and then get straight back to enjoying the newest Candy AI Shorts releases.
