The setup
Wanting a clean slate, a man rents a home and before long is drawn to Courtney, the wife of his landlord. So far, a well-known kind of temptation. Then the synopsis turns darker: beneath her house is a secret playroom, the entire neighborhood is aware of it, and the newcomer was never really a guest. He was the prey from day one.
Why it feels different
- It takes cues from thrillers. Candy shorts seldom go there. The jump from an affair with the landlord’s wife to a secret kept by a whole community brings a hint of suspense the catalogue rarely tries.
- The roles are reversed. He thinks he is the hunter; the premise says he is the hunted. For a five-parter, that flip is a great hook.
- The lead gets a name. Titling the series after Courtney makes her its center, and the Milf and Nympho tags show how Candy sees her.
Worth knowing
A neighborhood-wide conspiracy is a lot to pack into five short episodes, and the synopsis gives no clue how far it goes beyond the reveal. If you want a real mystery, it may add atmosphere more than plot. The word “prey” also signals that he is not fully in control, which will appeal to some viewers and put others off.

We would unlock this one straight away.
