What Candy’s synopsis tells us
The description on Candy reads almost like a set of house rules. She is his girlfriend’s best friend, and all he is supposed to do is be nice. It all happens in her home and on her terms, and whatever goes on upstairs is off-limits. Her name is Kira, and staying “just friends” with her soon becomes complicated.
That clipped style is the appeal: short lines, a forbidden upstairs and a woman who is in control. The title supplies the rest, and it doesn’t try to be subtle.
Why the premise works
- Clear who is in charge. The house and the rules are both Kira’s, so the story is about her luring him in rather than him pursuing her.
- Loyalty on the line. Falling for a best friend’s boyfriend is the textbook betrayal, and it keeps the girlfriend in play even when she is not around.
- No step-relatives. Its sole Candy tag is Nympho, keeping it away from the stepfamily plots that fill so much of the catalogue.
Where we hesitate
The synopsis is mostly atmosphere. It doesn’t explain what brings him to Kira’s place, where the girlfriend fits in, or whether the “den” is anything beyond the title. So the series leans on Kira herself and the pull of that forbidden upstairs, and whether that can fill five episodes remains to be seen.

Our final word
His Girlfriend’s Best Friend’s Sex Den has much more attitude than plot, but Kira’s rules give it a personality all its own. At the standard 36 tokens it is a fair gamble if the premise tempts you, and the free episodes soon show whether she can carry it. We’d happily take her up on the invitation.
