The story in brief
Everything kicks off with a clumsy accident that throws a rebellious goth and her stepbrother into each other’s path. Neither of them can keep the secret romance that grows out of it under control, and it keeps spiralling until their stepmom is drawn in as well, turning the forbidden pair into a trio.
The synopsis has a genuine arc: accident, then secret, then escalation, then a third person. That is more shape than many five-parters get, and it pushes the series forward past its opening rather than looping one situation. When the stepmom enters, the second half of the story finds its reason to exist.

Strength number one is the goth angle. The title sells a kind of character instead of a place, and a rebellious stepsister brings far more personality out of the box than the interchangeable girls filling the Sister tag.
