What Candy’s synopsis tells us
The lead is you, playing the tenant who has only just arrived. The married woman across the hall is strikingly attractive and apparently lives in the most fault-prone flat on the floor. Long after midnight, night after night, she is at your door again with a fresh problem. Her husband works nights, so he is never home to fix it.
Candy’s blurb does not hide the joke. No plumber is really needed, and the broken fixtures are not the point. That is the whole story on offer, so it works as a pretext for encounters rather than as a plot.
Strong points and weak spots
The first-person angle is its best feature. Instead of watching a couple from the outside, you take the neighbor’s place, which suits a short series built on one relationship and one repeated situation. The absent husband adds a hint of risk, because it all depends on his shift pattern.
The weakness is just as plain. The synopsis gives no rival, no twist and no second setup, only the same late-night excuse over and over. Over five short episodes that may be enough, but anyone looking for a story that goes somewhere will probably come away disappointed.
