What happens
As the title promises, Riley is first. The lead is having a great time with her night after night when Regina, Riley’s stepmother, lets on that she has noticed and wants some of it for herself. The playful flirting that follows turns into an arrangement none of them seems in a hurry to walk away from.

The name will make some people look twice, so to be clear: this Riley is a fictional character, and no licensed performer is credited. Why it gets the clicks
The title does the selling: one woman, then the other. For fans of older-woman plots, that is the hook. Honestly, this is the kind of scenario the big adult studios never dare to put on screen.
The tags suggest a broader family angle too, because Candy lists it under Milf, Mother and Sister. The synopsis names only Riley and Regina, however, so it is up to the episodes to show what the Sister tag is about.
