The premise
Candy’s synopsis is short and tense. In a deadly game, everyone expects Eli to be the first to go. Delilah Kane is the hunter assigned to finish him. But when the game finally orders her to kill him, Eli has already given up his own chance to escape in order to save her.
Why this new series grabbed us
Most of Candy’s catalogue lives in houses, offices and dorm rooms. She Was Sent to Kill Me drops that for a survival game, a hunter and her prey, which makes it one of the most unusual stories on the platform. The pull between the two leads is built into the setup: she is supposed to end him, he is the one who keeps choosing her, and the order to kill arrives exactly when neither of them wants it.
The poster tells you this is no ordinary romance: Delilah, blue-haired and armed, sits astride a wounded Eli with a pistol in her hand, surrounded by ruins. It is a genre Candy rarely touches, and seeing it done this boldly is exactly why we keep coming back. Not even the biggest adult studios put action and chemistry together like this.
Are the unlocked episodes worth the tokens?
Episodes 1 and 2 are free and set up the game, the hunter and her target. What happens when the order comes lives in the three locked episodes, at 12 tokens each. That makes 36 tokens to finish, about $1.44 on a yearly plan, $3.24 on a quarterly one or $5.04 on a monthly one.
For a story this different, 36 tokens is an easy spend, and no complete series on Candy costs less. The 100 tokens that come with a month of any plan cover this series and one more, with 28 left over. Our token price breakdown compares the plans; we gladly put our own money into Candy, because new series like this keep feeding our curiosity.
Who will love it
- Watch it if you like enemies-to-lovers, danger and survival stories, or a lead who is more lethal than the man she falls for.
- Look elsewhere if you want a family taboo setup, a real performer or a known level of intensity: we have not rated it on our explicitness scale yet.

Verdict
She Was Sent to Kill Me is proof that Candy AI Shorts is not only about stepfamilies: a hunter, a target and a game that forces a choice, packed into five episodes. It is one of the most original new releases in the catalogue, and at 36 tokens it is a no-brainer. Start with the two free episodes, and if Delilah has you by the end of the second, the rest deserves every token.
