The story of Mila
Mila never intended to fall for her sister’s boyfriend. It starts with late-night journal entries, moves on to jealous glances and ends in a connection deeper than anything she has felt before. The title addresses the boyfriend, but the synopsis keeps its eyes on Mila.
Why ten episodes matter
At ten episodes it is twice the standard Candy length, and hardly any series in the catalogue run beyond five. The premise gains from that room. A slowly growing attraction recorded in a diary is not something you can hurry, and the synopsis reads like a romance first and a taboo setup second.
The diary is a clever touch. It suggests an inner monologue, gives the story a reason to take its time and grants Mila more of an inner life than most Candy characters enjoy. Told from the younger sister’s side, the jealousy and guilt become part of the appeal rather than an obstacle to it. We found ourselves genuinely invested, which is a big compliment for any short series.
The downside of a longer run
Extra episodes come with a bigger bill. Eight locked episodes at 12 tokens each add up to 96 tokens, almost all of the 100 tokens in a monthly plan, leaving only 4. There is also no score on our explicitness scale yet, so you would be spending a full month’s tokens without knowing how far it goes. The girlfriend herself barely appears in the synopsis, and her role stays unclear.

Episodes 1 and 2 are free to watch. They cover less of the story here than on a five-parter, but they are enough to judge Mila’s voice and the pace. Your girlfriend’s younger sister earns its extra length with a romance-first premise that needs space to breathe. Because it uses up almost a month of plan tokens, begin with the free episodes and keep going only if Mila’s slow build has you hooked. If it does, those tokens are well spent.
