Who Simona is
Simona Rossi left college, has been out with a line of questionable men and now shares a home with parents who have become very strict. Her relationship with her stepbrother was always complicated, and on top of everything she is developing feelings for him that she never asked for.
What stands out in the synopsis is how much room it gives to Simona rather than to the attraction. She comes with a history, a family situation and the feeling of a life unravelling on several fronts together. The stepbrother storyline ties it all up, but it sits inside a portrait of a single character.
What you get from fifteen episodes
At fifteen episodes it runs three times the length of a typical Candy series, and that unlocks new possibilities. A five-parter has to leap from setup to payoff almost immediately. Here the strict parents, the past and Simona’s own doubts have room to shape the relationship, which is just what the “wrong but right” of the title hints at. We adore it when Candy gives a story this much space to breathe.
It is also unusually generous up front. No other series in the catalogue hands you three free episodes instead of two, so Simona Rossi shows you more before you spend anything. The catch with any long series is commitment: if the slow burn does not hook you, you will know long before the finale, with more tokens already gone.

Our take
Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right is one of the few Candy series that plays like a real drama rather than a quick setup. The extra free episode makes sampling it effortless, and the full run costs 144 tokens, slightly less than the other 15-episode series.
